Elcon Cables manufacturing division in NSW has been offering custom made cable harness’s and lead assemblies for over 20 years and still provides sub-assemblies for some of Australia’s Iconic Original  Equipment Manufacturers. Elcon Manufacturing has built its reputation on fast turnaround, high quality product for quantities large and small. The products Elcon manufacturing produces are as complicated as multi wire, various connector  harness’s involving soldering, tin dipping and full harness testing, to simple cut and strip through automatic C&S machines.

Cable Cutting

Cable cutting and stripping can be handled through our automatic machines or manually cut stripped and terminated from 0.5mm2 up to 300mm2. Terminating.
As each terminal and lug requires different tooling and die sets, Elcon’s extensive range of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic tooling, makes no job to difficult.

Assembly

 
Whether you require assembly rework or manufacturing switch / gear / battery leads requiring 20 ton compression we can handle it . Types of work carried at out Elcon Manufacturing
